A Burns supper is a celebration of the life, music and poetry of the poet Robert Burns, the author of many Scots poems. The suppers are normally held on or near the poet's birthday, 25 January, occasionally known as Robert Burns Day (or Robbie Burns Day or Rabbie Burns Day) but more commonly known as Burns Night (Scots: Burns Nicht).

Scottish songs, stories and great fun are the order of the day for this celebration of the life and times of Robert Burns, the Bard of Scotland.

Mim Erasmus, our very own Minstrel, and Frank Graham, raconteur and story teller de luxe need no introduction, and we are guaranteed a night of fabulous music and rib hugging hilarity.

We all know Burns songs like ‘Ye banks and braes’ and ‘My love is like a red, red rose’,  and Mim will sing these and others you can sing with.

Frank will regale us with other stories, Burns poems and tall tales to complete the evening’s entertainment.

Pipers, piping hot haggis and a few good whiskies will guarantee you an evening to remember.
